Usage: In the paper-making industry, AKD 15% emulsion is used as Neutral Sizing Agent. There is no need to add the settle agent,such as alum, but you can
use carbon dioxide to be the alkali filler. After drying, the paper has the advantage of super water resistance and durability. It is also used in surface size.
Recently, people mix AKD with fiber to make out AKD modified fiber, which is used in Internal Sizing, to decrease the production of hydrolyzation,
and improve the quality of sizing.
